Ing. Michal Wasserbauer, Ph.D
co-Founder and Managing Director
Michal is a entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience helping companies and individual investors expand in Southeast Asia. He is the founder of Cekindo Indonesia & Vietnam, a leading one-stop market entry consulting firm with a team of over 150 employees that provides a range of business solutions including company registration, legal services, accounting, tax planning, payroll management, visa assistance, product registration, and more. Cekindo was recognized with several international and local awards and the Indonesian business was acquired by InCorp Group in December 2018, and the Vietnam market followed by acquisition in December 2021 as part of the portfolio of TA Associates, a top global private equity firm.
Before his work with MMW Property and Cekindo, Michal was also a founding member or strategic partner of several other successful companies including CZECH.INA GROUP Ltd., ECOM TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA, JOSHUA DISTRICT Bali, or the YAYASAN BOHEMIA INDONESIA foundation.
Michal collaborates with a number of global expert networks and also serves as a reviewer for the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Applied Science (IJRIAS) to provide his expertise in the corporate advisory field.
Nurmia Dwi Agustina, S.E., MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Nurmia is a well-respected figure in the business community, known for her expertise in assisting companies with expanding into Indonesia. As Co-Founder and Commissioner of Cekindo (Currently Incorp), she is instrumental in helping businesses establish a presence in the country by providing a range of services, including market entry strategies, legal incorporation, licensing, and compliance.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Nurmia has honed her skills in helping companies succeed in the Indonesian market. She began her career as a Business Consultant at Accenture, where she gained valuable insights into the challenges that businesses face when expanding abroad. Later, as a partner at Czech.Ina Group Ltd, she gained even more experience in assisting companies with their Indonesian business expansion efforts.
Nurmia is well educated, having earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Padjadjaran in Indonesia, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Business Strategy from the International MBA Institute in Switzerland.
She is known for her ability to help clients navigate the complex regulations and requirements associated with doing business in Indonesia, and is highly regarded by her clients and peers alike.
Budi Prasetyo
